A 5.3 quake hit near Trinidad, Colorado, near the Colorado-New Mexico late last night. It was the biggest quake in Colorado in 129 years.
Update: Largest quake in Virginia since 1897.
Sorry Reid was upset. I was in a Starbucks in Great Falls (near Reston) when it hit: swaying and rumbling, but my coffee didn’t spill. Interesting experience.
So why did the news just talk about the one in Virginia? Don’t we count out here? Oh, more reporters there.
