New Post-bubble low

On the CoreLogic Home Price Index, national housing prices were 100 in January 2000. The index was around 140 in January 2011, down 32.8% from the bubble high of just over 200 in 2007.

Prices nationally have dropped for six months in a row, year-over-year, and are about were they were in 2003.

From January 2010 to January 2011, prices dropped 5.7%.
