A reserve soldier who said he should not have to go to Afghanistan because Barack Obama was never legally eligible to be the president has had his deployment orders revoked, the Columbus Ledger-Enquirer reported Wednesday.
. . .Cook believes that Obama was ineligible to become president and commander-in-chief because he was is not a natural-born U.S. citizen, the paper reported. Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961.
Here’s hoping his next deployment is to Leavenworth.
It says that this guy requested a one-year tour in Afghanistan, in writing, on May 8.
I’m pretty sure Obama was already president on May 8, right? So this guy requested the assignment with the goal of appealing it.
I hate ignorant, backwards assclowns. But I hate the ones who cost everybody time and money even more.

I took to the Google wires, and found that Hawaii was admitted into the union in 1959.
And Obama was born in 1961.
Look, my APS educated brain sucks at math, but I’m pretty sure that two years is plenty of cushion on this argument.
