South pole, north pole: a minor detail.
Penguin decorations for Christmas have been around for at least 10 years. We have a bunch from before we were married. I guess they’re just being brought to the fronts of the shelves now.
I know that my four-year-old and I are planning to see Happy Feet in November. Penguins are big business these days.

It’s a cross-promotion for Happy Feet.
And from what I’m seeing, it could be the feel-good movie of the… Errrr… Winter?
It seems Christmas is bi-polar.
