Today’s Photos from Yellowstone Click images for larger versions. The 308-foot Lower Falls at Yellowstone, August 17, late morning. The green visible at the brink is the actual color of the water, revealed by the nature of the cut in the rock. The Yellowstone River deep in the Canyon. Yellowstone Canyon, just a bit further downstream, from Inspiration Point, around noon, August 17th.
I am enjoying your Yellowstone photos. When I was there, I didn’t get to see much (any?) of the canyon because of my fear of heights. The trail down didn’t look like my sort of thing at all.
