  2. My impression was that Turow was arguing against Amazon’s use of deep discounting (seller sets price) and for Apple’s use of agency sales (publisher sets price, seller takes percentage). One can argue which might be better for authors, publishers, sellers and buyers in the long run, but I don’t understand your criticism, Craig.
