  1. Day One of any upgrade from any OS provider will always have snags. Servers cost money and there are never enough online to provide 100% of the demand on day one. Wait until late in the day or even until (gasp) tomorrow and it should be much easier. I had 3 disconnects today, but it did finally succeed without any great angst or even effort on my part. Good luck.

  2. If u don’t get it today, try again tomorrow or late night. Don’t hurry life-it is really too short!

  3. I had false starts with both the iPad and iPhone and I think Apple has a problem with its Apple IDs. Some require the email address and some just require the ID before the @.

    But everything seems OK this morning and a lot of the new features are nice. And it was free.
