You have to be kidding me. Are there people out there who tie their shoes the wrong way? I wonder how these people shoot a basketball or walk without tripping over their feet. Probably the same people who fling deviled eggs on the floor. 🙂
Maybe I know how to tie my shoes and maybe I don’t. My mom was inexperienced, just 19 when I was born. Your mom was almost 34. She was much wiser about things like shoes and stuff.
I believe she wasn’t quite 34 yet. Regardless, nobody taught me how to do, it came naturally.
I only learned how to do this right about five years ago, when I learned that Mack’s shoelaces were coming untied all the time at preschool, despite my tying his laces in double knots every morning. I looked it up on the internet.
But I’ve been known to trip over my own two feet more than once, and I can barely shoot a basketball. As for the deviled eggs…give me time.
I’m pleased to note my own parentals taught me the correct way.
Although now I understand why some people have shoelaces that come untied all the time…..
I’ve always thought that bunny-ears method was wrong, just wrong. (Not to mention the fact that I simply cannot do it that way.) I am glad to report that my shoes never come untied.
