I grew up in a family of 5 in a one bathroom house. Then all my aunts and uncles decided to move to the US, and for my senior year of high school there were SEVENTEEN of us. 3 bedrooms and a basement, one bathroom. In a way, it did help me get into college, because my participation in extra-curricular activities increased exponentially. I was desperate to stay after school.
