I don’t buy it. I exercised once and afterward I felt bad.
Vell…it depends on how you want to define “good health.”
A new study found that only calorie restriction – not exercise – increases the maximum lifespan up to 50 percent.
I’ve read this study a few places. Says exercising only makes you hungrier, so you eat more.

Haven’t you heard about the new phenomenal pill that has come out? It is amazing at controlling weight, blood pressure, triglyceride levels, and aids in sleep. Truly an amazing pill!
All you have to do is take it after half an hour of exercise.
A couple of years ago I gave you “the best advice you’ll ever get”.
