MIA

So, I leave the blog unattended for 8 days and only on the eighth day do two people email me to ask about it. My family knew where I was, and a couple of readers are my friends on Facebook, but most of you just go blithely on your way.

Sigh.

  1. i love reading your posts every day, but i figure you have a life of your own too and would not presume to think my need to read something amusing every day takes precedent over your own life. i am glad you are back.

  2. I was a bit perplexed that you didn’t leave a note at first. I also wondered (via Twitter) why you and Matt and Barb all seemed to go silent the same day – I wondered if you all had been sequestered away or something.

  4. I am soo glad that you are back!! I am not a long-time reader of your blog and I can only say that I am sorry that I didn’t discover you sooner. Actually my son discovered you and connected me once I evolved to “Google.” You cover so many subjects as we once did around the dinner table. I feel right at home with you. Above all, WE love the southwest, Albuquerque in particular. Many happy memories from there. Thank you for being such a prolific writer.
