It’s a Gatorade ad that wasn’t used (because they changed ad agencies). The “ballgirl” is a stuntwoman and she was aided with cables. Note the catcher isn’t the same before and after the ball is hit. Notice also the Gatorade bottle beneath the ballgirl’s chair at the end.
It seems to be passing as genuine on the internets.
