There is this from Conan:

Bottom line, I’m thinking Elliot isn’t on Hillary’s or Obama’s short list for VP or attorney general anymore.
Oh, and I saw The Other Boleyn Girl. Pretty good, but Natalie Portman was better off as Queen Amidala of Naboo than Queen Anne of England.

About a month ago I was in a theater waiting for a movie to start and a preview came on for The Other Boleyn Girl, which prompted a guy sitting in my row to say “Boooring” in a loud voice. Not that I’m taking his advice, but I guess he’s sort of right, from the previews (and your comment) it doesn’t seem like a movie I should go out of my way to see.
He was wrong and my apologies for not being more clear. I thought it was good and recommend it.
It’s an entertaining historical biopic based on what I’m told is pretty good historical novel — The Other Boleyn Girl
by Philippa Gregory. Also, the other Boleyn girl is the mother of Elizabeth I and it’s amazing to see Cate Blanchett in the role of the toddler.
