First, John Edwards, who I believe is the most correct on issues of all the leading candidates, has left the race for president.
Two, in that family it should have been Elizabeth Edwards who became the politician and the presidential candidate.

yeah, I was for Edwards, too. I think he’ll make a great attorney general.

Yep: I’m sad to see Edwards go and I have a hell of a lot of respect for Elizabeth, but I can hope that he and Richardson find places in the next administration.
Note my uncharacteristic optimism that the next administration will be Democratic.
If not, well, I’ve always wanted to see New Zealand… 🙂
