KERRY: “. . . You just gotta make the judgment. You also have to make the judgment, which I’m pretty much feeling, I’m saying that I have something to say, I have some unfinished business from the last round, I don’t like what they did, I don’t like how they framed it, and I don’t like what they’re doing for the country today, and I think we can do better. . . ”
And NewMexiKen’s “pretty much feeling” that WE “can do better” but that you, Senator Kerry, probably can’t.
To use an overused line, “If you’re not outraged, you’re not paying attention.” The fact is that Kerry sounds like Walter Mitty after his wife gives him another dressing-down. This is what gives those of us who are looking for a better leader (not necessarily a change of direction, but a better driver) fits. There are 245 Democrats in Congress, and not one of them is outraged. Are not more than .4% of the American people outraged enough to speak truth to power over this Administration? Why is Keith Olbermann doing the heavy lifting on this? KEITH OLBERMANN for God’s sake!
John Kerry shouldn’t have been nominated even once, let alone twice. If he runs again, people should pelt him with rocks and garbage when he tries to speak. If he’s nominated I, personally, will burn down the headquarters of the Democratic National Committee.
And I’m a reasonable man. Think what the crazies will do.
