Several states* have two time zones. Why is it so difficult for the folks in Indiana?

* Florida, Tennessee, Kentucky, Michigan, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Texas, Idaho and Oregon. In addition, for seven months of the year the Navajo Nation goes on daylight time and the remainder of Arizona does not.
More stuff to make Indiana even more of a laughingstock. [sigh] Indiana ranks 6th in percentage of instate college recruitment (Hoosiers going to Indiana colleges) but near the bottom in terms of keeping those kids in-state after they graduate.
Not being a native Hoosier, but having lived here almost as I’ve lived anywhere else — moving out looks more attractive every day.
