I would prefer if we weren’t referred to as golf “purists”. Perhaps, golfers would be a better term, given the fact that the only way you can actually play golf is to follow the rules.
Enjoy the game, play however you want, that’s the important thing. Just make sure to keep it under 4 1/2 hours.
