I don’t know, it seems to me like Pierce either doesn’t understand the Olympic Games or doesn’t understand beach volleyball.
What? It’s not an athletic endeavor because they wear bikinis? Male swimmers used to wear tiny bathing suits (some still do), but for some reason everyone didn’t feel the need to constantly objectify them and downplay their abilities by making snide remarks about their bodies.

Actually, teenage girls running around in leotards that are cut so high there is no mystery and doing the splits, should be the target of objection rather than professional athletes in bikinis.
The athletes of the original Olympics competed nude.
And even with the volleyball chicks, the Olympics aren’t of interest. Too bad.
