The FBI warned police in California and New Mexico that it received information about possible terrorist activity in their states. However, the warning wasn’t specific about particular targets or a method of attack, a federal law enforcement official said Thursday.
The FBI decided to pass along the threat information but warned that it was considered unsubstantiated and uncorroborated, said the official, who spoke only on condition of anonymity.

I think what’s important to know here is that apparently the terrorists don’t want anyone voting in areas that are expected to vote Democrat. It’s pretty unlikely that there will be any threat warnings in any Republican strongholds.
Thus one can infer that the terrorists want Dubya in for a second term. I suppose it’s because they have a sense of fairplay and wish to continue competing against such a proven military leader and don’t want to play the game against the softer Kerry, who won’t provide enough of a challenge to their goal of slaying the “Great Satan.”
So remember, the terrorists want you to vote for Bush!
