The 41 presidents were evaluated on Public Persuasion, Moral Authority, Relations With Congress, Crisis Leadership, International Relations, Vision/Setting Agenda, Economic Management, Administrative Skills, Pursued Equal Justice For All, and Performance Within Context of Times.
