Hmmmm. I’ve been to the Four Peaks twice and neither time did I see any beer float on the menu. If all they are doing is boiling the alcohol out of a stout and adding ice cream, I could see how that could be drinkable, although I’m not sure it really counts as a beer float. The idea of just plopping a scoop of ice cream in a pilsener, like in the picture, is just gross.
