I’m guessing only if you use ice or don’t let the bottle breathe first.
My wife and I used to take wine to pool in Tupperware because bottles weren’t allowed. So no, I don’t think it’s wrong to drink wine out of a sippy cup. You’re going to want to be careful, however, because it’s tough to find the right match for strained peas.
